For the third consecutive year, I led the creative direction and editorial design of the annual publication for the Official School of Languages of Carabanchel.
EOI Carabanchel says...
This year, we revisited the motto “EOI Carabanchel says…”, a concept through which we give voice to teachers, students, and visitors as inhabitants of this shared home.
This way, the publication not only informs but also reinforces the school’s identity and encourages active participation.
Educational, yet human
Visually, the art direction focuses on a close, human aesthetic: we replaced pictograms with hand-drawn strokes that convey spontaneity and authenticity, and refined the institutional orange to improve legibility in contrast with black.
The involvement of the community is the ultimate Performance Indicator
The growth of the editorial project is reflected in the increasing involvement of the community: what began as a stapled publication has evolved into a 124-page perfect-bound magazine, establishing itself as an editorial piece with its own identity in both print and digital formats.
